It has taken me just short of four years to complete the entire 365 WOD Journey. Some may feel scared to finish because it’s death to their old story. After completing WOD #362 there are three left. When consistency becomes greater than intensity everything comes together before you know. Remember the first time doing a Tabata WOD? Also, my squats, lunges, bridges, and side crunches look different now versus day one. Let’s go back to WOD #1 and think for a moment. What’s next? Another year? More rounds per WOD?
